DESCRIPTION
Machine designed for pelagic classification, by rotation of a group of diverging rollers, which transport the product all around the classifier. Gradual classification is achieved from smaller to greater along the full roller width. Automated regulation of roller opening to vary the classification. Roller calibration tailored to each customer's needs.

Tuna classifier

Gradual classification is achieved from smaller to greater size. The classification measurements are adaptable to the production needs.

Dynamic classifier

Machine designed for automated fish classifier, classifying the product in three sizes by default weight range. It is set with a product supplier belt and a weighing belt that works out the product weight and automatically distributes it to the corresponding classification range. Automated classification programming is carried out upon production needs.

Glazing
Glazing by sprinkler

Machinery designed for glazing small fish. The product displaces through a modular belt, which submerges the product a few centimeters, provided with sprinklers in the upper part that spray the water, giving the product a homogeneous glazing. Provided with an autonomous cooling equipment, where the temperature and speed parameters are adjustable depending on the processed product.

Glazing by immersion

Machinery designed for glazing fish by immersion. The product is submerged in a water blancher at controlled temperature and moves on a modular band all around the blancher. Is provided with to water cascades in the upper part which achieve a more homogeneous glazing of the product. Provided with an autonomous cooling equipment, where the temperature and speed parameters are adjustable depending on the processed product.

Rupture
Block breaker

Machinery designed to separate the frozen product in blocks. The frozen blocks are broken by two hydraulic pistons that give pressure to the block, provoking the rupture. We have two models available, depending on the processed product, double piston or single piston.
