Dynamic classifier

Tuna cooker
DESCRIPTIONMachinery designed for tuna boiling in trays. The product is introduced into the cooker by means of carts, which move inside on a chain belt. Previous oxygen vacuum is carried out before exposure to stem, avoiding product oxidation. The whole boiling cycle is automized.
